The Feldenkrais Method focuses on learning and movement. Named after it’s originator Moshe Feldenkrais, an engineer, physicist, inventor and Judo Master. Feldenkrais lessons help overcome limitations caused by stress, misuse, accident or illness and teach you means to take charge of your own improvement.

AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT®

 

In these sessions the teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of how you move, in a safe, effective, enjoyable way. Unique to the Feldenkrais Method® is that these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, improving ease in everyday activities such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving posture in sitting or standing.

As a Feldenkrais Student Teacher in third of four year training, I am authorised to teach Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes. I am training with Elizabeth Beringer and Scott Clark on the London 2020 Training.
