AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT®

Group classes are known as Awareness Through Movement lessons.

In these sessions the teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of how you move, in a safe, effective, enjoyable way. Unique to the Feldenkrais Method® is that these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, improving ease in everyday activities such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving posture in sitting or standing.

I am a student teacher of the Feldenkrais method® completing my 3rd year of the 4 year training. I am training with Elizabeth Beringer and Scott Clark on the London 2020 Training.
